Start with 45 minutes of intense boot camp with AKTV Fitness to get your heart rate up as you move to the beat with a live DJ to help you through the burn.

Then come roll out your yoga mat for 45 minutes to stretch out your muscles while you fine tune your balance and connect with your breath with Yogis On the Move.

Afterwards, stay and cool down and reward yourself with a nice cold craft brew from Iron Triangle with your fellow AKTV YOGIS!
