Iron Triangle Brewing (Los Angeles, CA) is currently looking for a head brewer to take charge of our 4-vessel 30bbl production facility. We are in need of a experienced brewer with 3-5 years of high volume production experience.  We are offering a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. This is an amazing opportunity for a brewer to make their mark on the Los Angeles Beer scene. Our focus has been on clean classic beer style with a dash of crazy from time to time.


·      Strong technical understanding of the entire brewing process. Grain to Glass.

·      Proven experience in recipe formulation.

·      Excellent management skills and the ability to teach new staff.

·      Team focused can do attitude.

·      The desire to work in the LA Arts District.

·      Strong understanding of low pressure boilers, chillers, and other general brewery equipment.

·      Oversee the ordering of all raw materials and hop contracts

·      Strong mechanical acumen. We are a small brewery that fixes as much as possible in house.

·      3-5 years of beer production experience at a production brewery.

FEBRUARY 15th 2019:


Iron Triangle Brewing Company is looking for a self-motivated individual to run our Bar. The ideal candidate will be well versed on current craft brewing industry as well as highly conversant on beer styles and basic brewing methods. The successful candidate will be easy going and good-natured while at the same time effective and self-motivated. A business, communications, or marketing degree would be preferred. Previous events management experience preferred. Cleanliness and attention to detail are of the utmost importance.

The Taproom / Events Manager will:

Hire, train, schedule and manage employees working in the bar during normal hours and events.

Oversee cost control and profitability.

Manage inventory.

Manage cleanliness, appearance, and merchandise. (Extremely Important)

Conceive, plan and execute events at the brewery both large and small.

Schedule and coordinate on-site private parties.

Be able to take high quality photos for use in social media and marketing

Prepare forecasts and monthly and annual budgets.

Make monthly sales, cash flow, and P&L reports to the General Manager and President.


Organized, self-motivated, accurate and efficient.

2+ Years previous events management experience.

Must be able to lift heavy weights including moving full kegs.

Work weekends and nights.

Must be Certified Beer Server Cicerone w/in 3 months of hire.

Must be STAR trained before starting.

This position has a starting annual salary of $40,000 -$60,000 (depending on experience), full health benefits, vacation, and holiday pay.
